Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various sources such as online research, networking events, industry contacts, and cold calling.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements to present suitable products/services and value propositions.
  • Conduct effective product/services presentations and demonstrations to clients, addressing their concerns and objections.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare agreements or contracts like MSA, SOW etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and Recruitment, to ensure smooth client on boarding and project implementation.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to nurture relationships, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.

Qualification

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the Information Technology (IT) sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
